Rumble noise in front end like bearings or bad cv joints
Okay, are there cv joints in the Jaguar x-type. I didn't see much info here on them with a quick look. I replaced the front wheel assembly in my truck and my 2002 x type is making the same grumble noise.
My first thought was cv joints for the front end, as it is really noticeable upon turning curves.
I need to be directed to a post on replacing them.
Additionally, I upgraded to Windows 10, and is there a simple install for the JTI manual?
Thanks Pat

The left side is pretty straight forward, and very similar to any other CV joint axle replacement. The Right hand is an entirely different story. Below is a link to one of the forum threads about it.

Do a search about right hand axle and be very careful not to let it come out of the transfer case.
