2010 XF Ticking Noise in Neutral and Park only

I purchased a 2010 XF and I noticed that it makes a ticking noise only when in park and neutral. As soon as I put the car in drive or reverse it goes away. Any ideas what this might be? ANY feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
