Default Air Box Mods?

Has anyone done a mod to the airboxes to bring more supercharger noise out of the motor? Already have the Mina Y-Pipe/ BMC air filters and was still looking for more whine.

This is a hotly debated topic on here. some say you will be hurting performance doing this.

I plan on reinstalling the boxes for the 3 hot months in Iowa, but the rest of the year, it is not that hot here in Iowa.

Look for my few posts near the bottom of this thread. There is also an in-car video of the results.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm in San Diego where it doesn't get too hot along the coast.
