2011 Jaguar XJL Supercharged (Blown 6.5 inch right passenger speaker)

I need to replace the passenger side 6.5 inch lower speaker as it's blown (popping) at all volume levels. Please advise on how I should replace the speaker. Is there a way to remove and lower 6.5 inch speaker grill and replace the speaker or does the whole door panel need to come off to replace the speaker?
