A little video & sound clip for you. The exhaust features a nice burbly growl, without being too over the top. As always the ECU Tuning carries our full insurance coverage.

How much for just the dongle and any issues with tuning a car in the US from the UK? Also will the dongle work on an XFR?

Just the tune/Android Cable is $837.00, includes $3.5 million liability insurance coverage. The cable will work anywhere in the world. When you read the car, it automatically uploads the file to our database, notifies our tuning team. Once they have completed your custom file they upload and the app notifies you.

So it is all very easy and user friendly. It will work on any 5.0L and 3.0L Jaguar/Land Rover engines, both supercharged and normally aspirated, as well as all the diesels

From my research you are the only company that offers a diy flash tool

You might want to post a thread in the XFR section there are a few of us in Houston that feel a lot more comfortable with your solution instead of being mailed a laptop or driving to the tuners shop to flash back to stock.

Stuart,

What are the performance gains to be expected? I have XJL V8 SC.

Cheers,

Sean

We once saw 510BHP ---) 605BHP on an XKR with pulley, tune, cats + exhaust. A pulley, tune and exhaust on an XJL I would hope to see around 550BHP when you're done. I have driven an XJL before & after, along with a Jag Tech, and he was laughing the whole time he drove it. Like most techs, he had his favourite local 'Test Route' that he knew like the back of his hand, and he was getting wheelspin and kicking the back end out where he previously said it wouldn't break traction at all.

His opinion was that it was night & day difference. So not sure the exact number at this point, but I'll pay half your dyno costs

Default questions?

Does this offer performance upgrades on the N/A 5.0L (2011) and if so what should I expect and what are the characteristics?

Any video clip of this on N/A car?

Still got the exhaust left?

I still have 1 of the 3 we put on sale left, yes

The N/A engines don't respond as well as the supercharged variants, but I would be disappointed if you didn't see at least 15 or 20BHP.

I'm in BC, have family in Seattle so could probably come do the tune myself.

Default vid?

any vid of the exhaust on an N/A Jag? feel free to PM me prices etc if you like as I obviously don't need the pulley and would be interested in a price for exhaust only.
from what I've read it seems like this exhaust is quite subtle? seem to have read about an Arden version too but feedback I saw was that it was a bit too much and droned a lot.

No, but having heard them both in person I can say there's not much difference in sound. I never heard them back to back to compare but they are close enough that I didn't think there was much difference when hearing them seperately.

The exhaust we have in stock is the 'Sport' version which is pretty sensible, it has a nice burble on lower throttle openings, you can hear it nicely when you open it up but it isn't intrusive or tiring at all.

Default Hey Stu

Im in for a ECU and a Pulley...

You still have one exhaust? If so and if you can do the tips in black, Id consider that as well.

Any users on here bought and used a package so they can provide some feedback?

Yes, still have the one left. I can do black tips, we have to send out of house to do that but it's no problem.

I'll send you a PM.
