Think I should replace these?

Was working on my rattling brakes and noticed these...think I should replace these?

Sorry for the rotation on the second pic. That is obviously the top A arm...

As long as you don't have a roadworthy test in the US why not cover in eg

plastic bag tied on with cable ties or slap some grease on to keep out the water

and dirt?
