Question Scrolling Touch Screen

2004 Jaguar XJR has a scrolling touch screen. Anyone had this problem before? My wife was messing with it the other day, did something and it started working fine. Next time I turned the car on the scrolling screen was back.

Hello, Jim,
I can't help you with your touch screen, but someone will be along shortly to direct you to the correct section where you can find help.

In the meantime, Welcome to the forums from ElinorB.

Jim,

I've moved your question from New Member Area - Intro a MUST to X350 forum. Members here with the same model will be able to help.

You've already posted an Intro:

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...2004-a-149747/

Tech questions about your model should be posted here in X350 forum.

Graham

Mine does it when it's cold (cold being around 50 degrees here in LA) Once it warms up it's fine.

I live in Florida so I don't think cold is having an affect.

That's funny. Mine has done it once or twice when it's been super super hot here in LA.

Interesting development. I figured out that if the car is very hot - left in direct Florida sunlight. The touch screen seems to work fine. No scrolling and no distortion.
