Hi, if your car didn't come equipped with air bags it more than likely not be accomplished.

Welcome to the forum 95jag916,

I've moved your question from US Northeast to X300 forum. You should post technical questions in this Model forum and location specific (e.g. meetings, looking for Indies) in the Region forum.

Please follow this link New Member Area - Intro a MUST - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the New Member Area - Intro a MUST forum and post some info about yourself and your vehicle for all members to see. In return you'll get a proper welcome and some useful advice about posting to the forum.

This looks like major work and expense to retrofit. Apart from the Steering Wheel and Passenger Airbag Modules, you will need a number of sensors. Here's the relevant page from JEPC (Jaguar Electronic Parts Catalogue):

If the vehicle is not already wired for the SRS (Supplementary Restraint System), you will also need the Airbag Harness and the two Airbag/Sensor link leads. From JEPC I can see the P/Numbers for these depend on VIN.

I thought that SRS Airbags (driver and passenger) were standard on all US market X300 and X306 vehicles. Are you talking about installing aftermarket air spring suspension, like the one on later model XJ8s, Mercedes S-klasse and Land Rovers?
