Cool Airbag issues

I wrecked my '04 XJ8. Minimal damage aesthetically. The drivers airbag deployed. Ins. totaled it. I bought it back. Ever bought the same car twice? I bought an airbag on eBay. The AB light won't go out. I bought an RCM on eBay...it just gave me a diff. fault code.
I sent my RCM to have it cleared. I just realized my rear seat belts are synched up super tight. Here are my questions;

A) If I get my RCM back cleared will it recognize the rear belts and throw out a new code?
B) Do I have to replace all three tensioners for the rear belts?
C) I can't find out how to remove my rear seats to get to the tensioners. I've read where I can just grasp the bottom and pull it with a jolt and it should let loose. Didn't work...or I didn't yank hard enough.
D) How can I tell if the rear tensioners fired?
E) Every time I drive the ball I slice it into the woods...is this normal?

This is the x308 section, you want to post on the x350 section.

for e, overtight rear belts will cause a slight gravitational pull on your driver which will affect the crystal structure of the metal and change which direction the golf ball impacts
