I've moved your post to a new thread.

P1111 is OK, just means diagnostic cycle is complete.
1647 is trickier.....

Codes
P1111 : OnBoard systems tests completed
P1647 : ECM HO2S control malfunction - B Bank upstream

Possible Causes
1. HO2S heater failure
2. HO2S sensing circuit short circuit to ground or high voltage
3. HO2S sensing circuit open circuit
4. ECM failure

The P1111 is nothing to worry about. You will always get either P1000 (tests not completed) or P1111 (tests completed).

For the HO2S, start by checking the connections before assuming sensor failure. You will be very unlucky if it's an ECM failure.

P1647 shouldn't stop the engine starting, it will just stick in 'open loop'.
Can you give us a bit more about the non-start condition?
