Default Sticky Aircraft Connectors

I noticed the XJ40 use a lot of the large aircraft-style electrical connector throughout the vehicle. They seem sturdy and very effective, but I have a hard time pulling them apart.

When we squeeze 2 side buttons does the connector twist out? How can we loosen these connectors without breaking them?...

I keep wondering what year car/vin # you're talking about - how about adding that to your signature as the connectors changed from early to late ..however none of them twist, you have to hold both sides in using your third hand they pull apart, stiff, but yes just a straight pull will release the connections.

91 Sovereign. Seems every connector is like this. Maybe I'm trying to be too easy on them..

It would be good to have the info in your signature so it shows in every post.
One of the benefits of posting an intro would be getting advice on signatures etc.
