I'm not clear on the story here, but I'll give it a shot. It was stored for the winter, you brought it out and it refuses to turn over, correct? Maybe the petrol (gas, fuel, etc.) has gone bad after a long winter of sitting there?
Other things to check if it's been sitting at a farm somewhere is for any signs of rodents and chewed-through cables. For being a "Jaguar", these vehicles appear to substantially attract a higher interest from pests. Maybe they just like all the tiny nooks and crannies?

Lost track of Time! has spark how do I check for fuel pressure on these cars everything iknow is a** backwards on these. Too answer the big question she was running last year back fired and shut off hasn't started since. I kicked it over on starting fluid but it detonates on it I'm going too clean the fuel filter and go from there hoping theres no damaged although I heard no clanks or clunks when it fires on the startin fluid

You have to "tee" into the existing fuel hose that runs alongside the fuel rail on the left side.
Then, when you're all done, just install a new hose onto the existing pipes.

I don't have a picture handy, but have incorporated a very small fuel gauge in line, exactly where Doug mentions. I plan on leaving it. I bout it on eBay, for about 20 bucks, and then bought the fittings at a local auto parts store. I can check the operation of my regulators very simply. I can even see if the hot fuel rail valve is working properly.

Very, very easy. Its just a brass T, with two 1/8" pipe thread, the gauge, and two 1/8" X 5/16 inch barb fittings. It almost looks like it should be there. Jaguar didn't even incorporate a way to check fuel pressure, and inquiring minds want to know, so......
Anyway, my car has about 30psi running. With the regulators working properly, the fuel pressure increases to 35-36psi when it is revved.

And two clamps, lol. I'm like Doug, replace the lines every 5 years, and there will be no fires. But take the air filter housings off, start at the incoming fuel line, and replace every single one of them. Not just the ones up top. It will take a while the first time, as you have to cut the ferrels off carefully, but use proper fuel hose clamps going back.
