Sure!
The question is "For how long?"
I had an '88 XJS for several years. After purchase it took a few months to sort out everything that had been neglected and ignored but eventually I did indeed get everything working.

My 1996 XJS 2+2 with the 4.0 L Aj16 engine has run fine for the past 2 years I've owned it. I'm scheduled to take it out of winter storage April 17th and don't expect any trouble.
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to sell it this Spring in order make room for the XKR. Hopefully whoever buys it will enjoy the same trouble free operation I experienced.

Well....
Aside for a temperamental left rear window, and the cam covers/half moon oil leak that I'll get to when the snow clears.....An emphatic yes!
Bill
P.S. Oh yeah, and an antenna relay issue and strange happenings with the trip computer and all the seats are out while I redye the leather. As my Japanese friends say, the car is "almost good".

Yes, our 1984 HE is performing as it should, with all systems fully functional. Even though the car only gets used about 4 days each month, it's a case of "turn the key" and she is ready to bring pleasure every time.
Cant' wait for our new 1976 convertible to arrive at this end of the world. Hopefully that will be an exciting addition to the stable.

Everything worked perfectly until a few weeks ago, I decided to install my new Ski Slope with cup inserts. Somehow while removing the old slope/switches and installing the new slope, my windows are now not operating. I should have left it alone. LOL... The windows were fine until then. I have new switches coming, so hopefully that cures the problem.
If it works, leave it alone!!! LOL.
