You have the fans on upside down the 3 mounting tab go on the top and the 2 on the bottom and the stock electric fan should be on the left

as for the flaps when you pop revit them back in if you do it from the u channel side I had to drill a hole in a hobby stick and press the revit into it and press it into the channel so it would bottom out and be tight when done could use a small washer, or pop then from the other side which I did not like the way it looked

looks great !
What fan is that in the big fan shroud?

there only siting there for photograph and not fitted but thanks
The Big Fan is a Kenlow 2 Speed and the Little one is a Rover 400.

FWIW, If you have twin electric fans with the circular guard round the edge of the blades, you do not need the flaps at all as they will not be doing anything. The guards prevent the fan short-circuiting the airflow. The fans need to be as close to the rad fins as possible, with a couple of bits of dense foam here and there to prevent the guards chafing the fins.

Thanks Greg That Is Good to Know i can use it to Duct Air to the Power Steering Cooler
droped the Rad in Yesterday it is starting to look Like a Jag
