Yesterday was watch the complete mini-series The Stand by Stephen King.
In the last episode (seen movie before but never noticed) one of the main characters Randall Flagg was driving a Jaguar XJS convertible.

 

In the TV sitcom 'fresh off the boat' the family's neigbour drives a red XJR-S convert... At least that is what can be told, as it come with bodykit, 4 tailpipes and some huge wheels...

 

I was watching the show Narcos. In season 2, episode 1, there is a nice looking black XJS with 17" sports alloy wheels from the later XJR series.

Based on the timeline in the series, this scene took place in 1992 and Escobar was killed in 1993, so it would seem the wheels are incorrect for the period.

 

The CJ jeep they drive in season one is too late a vintage also. I caught the XJR wheels straight away and told my son they hadn't rolled those wheels out till after his death!
