I just replaced the lower inner door seal. The old seal was very worn and torn. I was afraid I would have to remove the door sill logo trim, but didn't need to. Drivers side part number is C2P16539 ($75).

Steps
---------

1. Pull the plastic sill trim between the sill plate and carpet straight up to release the clips.
2. Pull the rear plastic trim piece toward the front of the car to release as much as possible. Re-position the seat as needed to gain better access. I only pulled it off enough to squeeze out the seal rubber.
3. Remove the hex nut holding the trunk release lever.
4. Pull the front plastic trim piece toward the back of the car. This came completely off.
5. Note the top positions of the old seal. Remove the old rubber gasket. Didn't seem to have any glue, and definitely no clips or fasteners.
6. I started from the front and worked the rubber back into the groove. Hardest part was where I had to squeeze it under the rear plastic cover that was partially removed. Try to compress the new seal toward the front of the car as you lay it in. If you don't, it will be too long at the rear end.
7. Replace the plastic trim. The front piece is the most difficult to position. There is a tab that inserts into the carpet toward the front of the car. Make sure the wiring harness behind the trim is positioned behind the fastener that locks the trim in.
8. Screw in the hood release with hex nut.

Job took about 20 minutes... I hate removing trim parts... I always break a clip... but each came off easily except the one at the bottom rear. Sorry I didn't take photos.
