Default heater aux pump

Does anyone know if there is Ford (Lincoln) or any other electric heater pump that will fit my 2000 XK8? $500-600 from Jag seems just a tad steep even for Jaguar.

They often just need new brushes which can be sourced on ebay, appliance repair shops, some hardware stores. You may have to go slightly oversize and file them down.

I believe there are a couple of threads you may find using the search.

As RJ237 says - bit fiddly but not a particularly difficult job (once you have got the pump out of the car !!)

Don't know if they ship to the US, but this is another option - note that's it's done on an exchange basis - old for "sort-of" new !! 4th item down

Thank you for your advice! To close this thread I went with a new pump at a "reasonable" price.
