Default Wiring identification

Can someone tell me what this plug is for and the black wire with connector on it?

Nothing to worry about Dale, it is the " in transit system " used to keep the car powered up when first delivered from manufacturer to the dealer. The relay used will also have been removed and that plug is now redundant.
