Hi guys. I am not a big Jag fan to start with, but a fellow I know, offered me a 1989 v12 hard top. I don’t know much about Jaguars except, they are British classic and I would buy this car to fix and sell. From what I understand, chasse mounts have to be replaced and AC does not work. Guy is selling the car for $1200. Paint is ok and the motor runs smooth. What bugs I would be looking for then I go look at the car and am I getting myself involved in bad deal? I know Jags are expensive to fix but how?
