You should only need to replace the one thats bad. Once it is out of the car, they can look down in there and see it all crumbled apart.
The labour shouldn't be any more than an hour. The part may be pricey....precious metal in that piece.

Well I talk to them and they said that it gives them two o2 sensors on one bank and that it is a downstream code, something like that, they called to get the price and they said $150 a piece. So total for install is $355 is what he quoted me, including labor..... I just have to wait for them to come in, probably Monday. This jag mechanic is going to pick up my car Monday in the morning and bring it back in the afternoon after he is done with it.

I hope the O2 sensors fix it. I have never had luck replacing the O2 sensors once the P0420/P0430 codes rear their ugly heads.
Good luck.

You said you had both banks lean codes right?  When P0174and P0172 are flagged at the same time you will get a restricted performance light, being lean and some randon misfires might be the root cause for your cat to fail, just a thought.

Well they replaced the the O2 sensors and everything was a ok on Saturday. Sunday afternoon the check engine light turns on and the Restricted Performance is on again. I drove this morning and it starts to buckle a 3k rpm, but after 1 minute of driving it turns of. I will call this guy to tell him the problem. Will see what happens.

Well he look at the lower brether hose and said it was fine then he cleared the code and told me to call him if it came back on. Well two days passed and the light came back on and the Restricted Performance message came on. Well its going back Monday to get looked at. Guess no luck with the O2 sensors I wanted to tell him that I doubt that both O2 sensor would go out at the same time but I don't want him to think I'm telling him how to do his job. I didn't pay for the O2 sensors anyways the dealer who sold me car is paying for the labor and parts to get the car up to par. I don't know what can be wrong, I mean the car drives perfectly fine. Maybe its just the IMT seals the JFT was mentioning on another post.

That is what I'm leaning towards a bad cat.... It bucks because of the restricted performance message makes the auto go into safe mode, limp mode which won't let it go past a certain rpm, then around 20 mph restricted performance message turns off but the check engine light stays on, then it will go past 3k rpms.
