I came across this on another site. This guy does an unbelievable job on a Jaguar.

Hi Reddrawf, Mathew does an amazing job doesn't he? The finish on that Jag was like Glass!!
Total n utter detail
I was supposed to have my Mondy done by him last thursday ( the winter protection offer ) that he has on at present.
Unfortunately personal circumstances meant that I had to postpone this appointment.

I will be getting it done by him at some point in the near future though.

I'm speechless...I can't imagine my XJ or Z3 being bathed and scrubbed like that XKR. What does that man charge for such work?

A ten hour appointment that includes washing the car twice, clay the car, hd cleanze the vehicle, apply a carnauba wax by hand and polish, allow to breathe and then a final polish as well as detailing the wheel well liners, tyres, rims and interior cam be around the £200+ mark.
Obviously prices increase with "paint correction" and the use of for example the "Jagaur Royale glaze " I think it is.
I guess you could be looking in the region of £400 - £500.
The winter protection that I was booked in for before circumstances prevented me from attending was going to be £300.

Jim

I guess 200 $pounds is reasonable for a super detail but I'm guessing the XKR  job in that link was into the thousands. Out here in Arizona I swear by those California car dusters for in-between washings. The car is smooth and shiny in a snap. And I remember the days, long ago, spending all day on the car...only to have it rain 2 days later.

After further inspection.... I'm wiping away excess drool.

That detail job was amazing!!! I love it.  I think I want to have some detail work done on mine, but nothing this extensive.
