So I'm trying to get rid of my stock rims on my 2000 xjr, I think the lug pattern is 4.75x5. Anyways I recieved a call about them from a gentleman who has a mid 80's xj6 with the five lug pattern. I can't seem to find anything that gives me a lug pattern for that car. So my question's simple, will a set of xjr wheels fit on an 80's xj6 with the 5 lug design?

No problem bolting the wheels up. You may find that the rears will rub the fender. You can have a body shop roll this portion to add a little clearence. Just in case it comes up at a party: you can pretty much interchange all XJ6, XJ8, XJS, and XK8 wheels up to 2003. You will run into some caliper clearance issues. S-type and X-type will not fit on the bigger cars.
