Hello, I had posted a headlight question about fitting the more clear headlights/taillights from 98 up on a 96 or 97 XJR. I got that answer. However, would somone who owns either a XJ6 or XJR from 1995-1997 do me a HUGE favor if they get a chance. I havent found ONE picture anywhere with the headlights and fog lights on in the front. I need to know when you turn the parking lights/headlights to the HALF ON position is it the INSIDE quad lights or OUTSIDE ones that come on. My dads previous 2000 XJR the inside 2 quad lights would be dim and you could have the FOG lights on with them in the HALF ON position and it looked awesome coming down the road. Is it just the opposite on the 95-97's?? Any pictures of this or with all the headlights/foglights on would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thank you!

niiiiice. thank you for taking the time to get that pic. So when do the 2 'inside' quad lights come on? when the headlights are completely on?

Those are the high beams. You have to push the turn signal lever forward or pull it back I'm not sure but one way will flash them and the other way will keep them on.

ahhh ic. well thats a little lame. So these aren't like the 98 and up XJR/XJ8 then. Not only are the headlights backwards but the inside quads on the 95-97's are only ever on when u want your high beams? I think I'd have to have them somehow rewired cuz that would just bug me...lol. There's a pic of our previously leased 2000 XJR in my Gallery photos (1 ofa kind 93 XJ6). I took the pic when we went down to Florida a few summers ago. THAT pic is EXACTLY how I wished the 95-97 headlights would do. It looks so friggin evil coming down the street like that!! That's with the lights in the half on position so u can turn the fogs on with them.
