What about those little skinny ones that crumble and end up coming up through the dashboard vents...i've pulled about 50% of mine out already. what are those called Ken?

If all certainty, I can say I don't know.  But I will find out!

What you probably are getting through your vents is the foam sealing material that is attached to the doors within the HVAC system.  They are notoriously known for disintegrating and blowing out of the vents when the fan is turned on.  It is worse in hot climates and non-garaged cars.  This is not just a Jaguar issue.
