well they fixed the scratch... looks great. they buffed the entire car and waxed it... looked great. as they were giving me the key, a lady in a green s-type backed right into it.  put some dimples in the bumper and scratched and cracked the paint all to hell all along the back of the bumper... less than 500 miles on the car, and in the shop 4 times now........ jaguar called me (yesterday - before it being hit) and is sending me a $250 gift card to use at the dealership... woo hoo. 
this is getting stupid.
