I live in Hawaii on the ocean and have a 1998 Vanden Plas.  The headliner has sagged and my local dealer says that he can not order another from either Jaguar or anyone else.  He tried to glue it but, only succeeded in making two cross cuts with burn marks.  It looks terrible!  The rest of the interior is like new.  Any suggestions??

Go to a local upholstry shop.  They can replace the material at a decent price.
