The front bumper and front grill were all painted to match the entire faded paint job. That truck was the greatest looking stock anything from american manufacturers that I had ever seen in my lifetime (non sports car that is.) Unfortunately by the time I got it that thing was totalled.[:(][X(] But the pics above show what it looked like while I owned it and it was in as good of shape as I could get it in. Although mine had a roll pan on the rear instead of an ordinary bumper. Man I miss the truck![:(]

BTW man am I glad digital cameras have progressed the way they have! The camera those pics were taken with was a 2.1 megapixel I bought when I worked at Officemax. Man that thing took pics you could print 4x6s with only if the pic was perfect!

I miss the 23 T-bucket that my dad and I built from the ground up (he brought it home in bushel baskets, literally). That was the quickest car that I had ever been in. That 350 small block with a performance cam and Holley tri-power was definitely fun. It was nothing for the car to pick up one of the front tires and carry it. Get on good asphault and you could pick up both front tires. Nothing like looking out the front windshield, seeing the tires off of the ground. OH well, maybe I will pick one up and build another one like it. But, I never did get to drive it. Dad sold it before I turned 16 and could ask. I miss all my past Cherokees to death but my new BMW makes up for those losses...lol. I LOVED the 91 Cherokee Limited I had which I kept for 2 years and had all offroad beefed up..so many hours and great times into that little tank.. = ( Then again I miss my other 91 Cherokee Laredo...63K miles, immaculate from CA...had it and drove it for less than a month and just sold it about a month or so ago...made a nice profit though..[;)] AND my 1st car...1985 380SE Benz...204K miles and it started my whole European car crazy thing...dont have ONE pic of it...only the original radio in German and the star emblem that broke off! Nice memorbilia though!! Aquill, here is a pic I found on the internet of roughly what it looked like. You need to take off the cloth roof and the windshield that my dad had was a 2 piece setup that was a bit shorter than what that window is. But, that is the color. My dad did have a 4" wide silver stripe that ran across the top of the body with a black spider web in it. You also need to pull off the dual carb setup in this pic and replace it with a Holley tri-power setup. quote: ORIGINAL: aquill1 Come on thermo...
