Father's-in-law Jaguar he purchased 3 years ago, his seat wont adjust fore and aft. I read most of the thread on this subject. I found a small yellow connector (bottom right on the picture) with a broken wire under the seat (Eureka moment!) Did repaired it, But I guess it was not the right one. I could not find what is was for, since I didn't tried all the functions before... I believed I found the right connector for the motor itself, (left one the picture) but ran out of time to check if any power gets to it. There is a "click" from the black "controller" box under the seat when the switch is activated. Easy to remove the seat to get to the motor? Any way to salvage it if it's toast? Thank you, Salo

Any luck with the seat? I have the same problem currently. I just finished swapping out the seat control modules from the passenger side to the drivers side as they are interchangable but no luck. The seats are easy to remove with a torx bit on the 4 corners, But if yours is in the back position like mine it seems to be imposible to get to the rear two bolts. If anyone knows how to manually move the seat forward so I can remove the seat to continue the repair please let me know. Let me know if you have any progress with yours!
