I  have a  94  xj6. When I start the car I get a nice cloud of smoke from the tail pipe. It quits smoking almost right away. I am starting to go through more oil and I would like to fix it.  I think it is probably valve seals.  I would not have a problem changing valve seals on a normal car, but I do not have alot of experience on jags. Are valve seals the problem and how intense are they to change? Can I get to them by removing the cams without pulling the head? The car is in great shape other than this. Any help is apprecieated.
Thanks Nick
