Thanks Matt...........right on the money so to speak....lol
I should explain that as much of that amount comes from two fairly sizeable lucky bets some time ago on the Scottish football team and not just casino winnings. Not that I'm a really big or regular gambler. Its a once in a blue moon thing for me.

Aquill....I know what you mean about the Mondeo mate

I had her out today and fueled her up and cleaned her for the wife ( as you do ) and also had a bit of a blast in her at the same time. Such a fun car to drive, she really is.

The A6 is bigger and generally more of a nice cruising machine, loaded with Sat Nav and phone prep for my work needs and just suits me better is all. The Mondeo also has phone prep but no Sat Nav and has my wifes plates on it. I just love to drive it every now and then for a blast. She holds the road so well and the engine just keeps wanting to pull no matter what gear you''re in or speed you''re at.

On a side note, had the wheels off the Audi today and repainted the hubs n calipers. I cleaned the alloys back n front while I had them off.......lookin great.

I''ll have the wheels of the Mondy hopefully in the next few days and will be painting the calipers RED. I can''t wait as I think they''ll look great with the black bodywork and 18" spoked alloys

Its great fun when you''re 9 maybe even 10, but just as good, maybe even better when you''re 44 and pissed as a fart
On a side note, everyone should be made to have a barbie at 5am at least once just to try it...........bloody awesome, food tasted so so good. Then again, that coulda been as a result of too much beer too

Chrome door trims, centre arm rest and centre console ALL replaced under warranty today

Love these Audi guys

Hopefully going in over the next week or so to have the door scratches, interior door card and centre console ashtray lid replaced thru insurance.
I will be getting the bonnet ( hood ) resprayed at my own cost at the same time to remove a particularly bad stone chip, and then should be all good.
