Ok, So I have a totally useless Cingular/AT&T Motorola V60i TDMA cell phone in my car. In searching around, I found that both Mercedes and BMW have a Bluetooth puck that is the shape of the V60i that slides right in, allowing a Bluetooth equipped phone to pair with the adapter (theoretically). These modules run $200 to $400. Before I buy one, any thoughts or success stories here? The modules are:- - BMW BTUM Bluetooth Upgrade Module kit CPT 9000
- Mercedes Bluetooth Module B67875856
Thanks - Tim

Quick update - CPT9000 BTUM doesn''t work! Darn, the car gives a communication error message. CPT does pair with my BB8820 fine, when I try to make a call the nav screen briefly flashes up with the dialing screen then gives a phone error. No audio in or out from the cars microphone or speakers. When you first start the car the phone screen says the phone is off, when you try to turn it on it says communication error. Why does this have to be so hard???? - Tim
