so now that the door is ripped apart im wiating for my buddy to come over and test the motor. In the mean time I finally bought the Haynes manual for the car yesterday and they have the wiring diagrams in the back. I never even thought that it could be a relay?? The diagram doesnt show any relay for any windows at all so is there one or is the book missing something?? If so would love to know where it is so I can check!!

I FIXED it!!! Then it broke again...so lame. I eneded up taking the top half of the door off to in order to get access to the window regulator and motor. I was just playing around with the 3 harness clips that are supposed to be clipped against the door (which they werent) and after straiting some wires out the window licked in and was working PERFECT. We tested it during every step of putting door back together. Yesterday I got 1/2 way down my street and turned around cuz it wouldnt go back up...what the HELL is going on!!! I made sure all the wires were clipped in and nothing had the chance to move round. Now I have to take everything back apart again to see what I can do...def can rule motor out though..she works fine!

In the mean time Im having a BLAST with my new toy! The Cherokee is sold and Im done with those for a while, found a 1990 325ix after months of searching. OMG that Bimmer is sooo much fun. Check out the other rides section for it.
