RE: pillar for guages on 2001 s-type - 7/3/2008 2:10:59 PM    flamur   Posts: 7 Joined: 1/26/2008 Status: offline I would use the ashtray cover if you realy, realy have to.  There is plenty of room.  Have a professional woodwrker drill the holes and mount them properly.  If you are going to do it...spend the money to do it right.  Please dont put pillar gauges in your Jag! What other gauges do you need than what is allready provided?  This is the wrong kind of car to emulate anything even approaching "ricer" add ons.  Spend the money on suspension, engine or appearance upgrades. _____________________________ 03 2.5 Auto X-Type (in reply to KAZSAM) Post #: 4
