More info needed. Get an OB II code read out from one of the parts stores that will do for free.

OBD II is a diagnostic communications standard that allows external test equipment to display trouble codes stored on the car''s computer system(s). See this link http://www.obdii.com/connector.html The codes will explain the trouble condition existing on the car.
