Congratulations Wheeble!

You appear to have significantly benefited from the current market conditions on these cars. That car sold for a little under $70k 9 years ago.

While there are a few reports of high trouble free miles, there are several issues that at least warrant review.

I paid more than that for my ''97 one year ago. I''m jealous!

These cars have really depreciated since last year alone. If I had the extra garage space, I''d buy a coupe to go with my convertible.

I know, isn''t it crazy how fast they depreciated from last year?
I kinda wish I had held off for a year and bought a 2001 XKR coupe for the same price as my ''97 XK8 coupe.

I believe that if people are willing to hold these cars for 10 yrs or longer and maintain them meticulously, that they will be the Hemi Baracuda''s of the future and draw the big bucks.

The key is patience and a willingness to keep your car in pristine condition at all times.

They are too beautiful not to regain value.
