Hope someone can help with my recently purchased 97 XJ6.
Issue #1 Trunk will not open. Though it did open the first few days after buying the car. I''ve tried using the black key in the trunk key slot. Tried pushing the trunk button near the steering wheel, and tried by manualy unlocking the doors....still no go. I don''t have a remote.
Issue #2 The radio/cd plays, but all the radio/cd controls seem to "lock-up", can''t change the volume, cd''s, tracks, or anything. Then suddenly it will all work.
Issue #3 The right turn signal has a quick flash and the bulb out indicator illuminates. The front turn assembly has two bulbs with one not working. Replaced the bulb and still not working. I swapped the two bulbs, and the bulb in that one socket still not working. All fuses seem ok. The right fog lamp is out as well, but haven''t been able to get it open yet. Is this fog light somehow causing the turn signal problem? Or could it be an internal problem within the turn signal assembly?
