Well masteroc let the "audio specialist" take a look and see what he finds.  From the sounds of it you are saying your tweeters (small speakers that put out the highs/voice) work but your door speakers (6.5) are inop???  Personally I''''''''d check fuses and as they have said it could possibly be the fiber optic cable.  If I were you I''''''''d take the fuses out and see if any (any related to the radio/amp) are blown.  It seems obsurd for someone to say all 4 speakers are blown but for whatever reason we''''''''ve had a few people here on the forums say they had all 4 speakers replaced (by dealer under warranty.)  I''''''''ve never had 4 speakers break at one period of time nor have I had any speaker really fail altogether.  Keep us updated with what they say so we can help you the best we can. 

DO NOT pay anyone to do the speaker install for you, if it is the speakers.  The door panels on the jag are the easiest I''''''''ve ever taken off in my life.  Many times my problem is putting the panel back on and sticking like it did before I took it off, not the case on the jag they are just as easy off as they are on.  Here are pics of what the speakers look like removed and in comparison to the stock speaker (at least what they are on my base sound system.)
