Transmission failure.
Car moves at idle no horrible noises. No whining or grinding.
Tans and gearbox lights lit up last night car wouldn''t move except under idle?
Dash says engine in fail safe mode , gearbox failure.
VIN # SAJDA23COYLF-15496
Can anyone tell me what trans is in this model and is there a Ford equivalent model if needed?
New here so any help is very much appreciated.

You have a ZF 5HP26. No ford replacement, however, I would not condemn the gearbox yet. Get codes read and report back.
Any number of things can cause failsafe.
