hi i''m new here and i;m looking to buy a 99 xj8 with 83,00 mi for 3,500
it''s a bank repo and doesnt run
they say the engine will turn over but not start, what could this be?
i''d relly love to buy this car if it''s not to hard to fix

sounds flooded.. crank it while your gas pedal is fully down.. this shut off fuel.. if it sounds like its gonna start let go of gas pedal
