There are also quite a few sellers offering them on eBay for a little under $300. They're OEM pieces (or so they say...) I got one and it's exactly like the piece I removed so it seems legit. Looks awesome.

Only problem I have with those Ebay grilles is that they don't have the Jaguar emblem. Some one correct me if Im wrong? I guess they really can't sell the grilles with emblems, as that would be some sort of copy right violation?
