My homebrew D2B aux input adapter
#21
Early stage, I'm able to play music via the aux in. The control is via PC at the moment, once I iron-out the issues would move it to a standalone micro-controller.
It should work with my Jag setup as well. I'll try it in the next few days.

@ZWille,
I'm a bit confused by the question. The D2B bus runs on two fiber optic wires - for example in your second picture the cable with yellow label phone/voice...module. There is a third wire which is electrical called WakeUp - it is in cobbled together with other cables on each device - no really standard for it's location. You can download the electrical diagrams for your car and find it there.
The electrical connector for the CDC has only 3 pins - GND, 12V battery and the WakeUp signal. The 12V is in the middle.

Hi Veffremov... new guy here looking for a solution for bluetooth. I have a 2007 x-type estate that has the big screen sat nav. It also has a phone and bluetooth module installed but these are not compatible with my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy J5-2016). Having read the reviews about you bluetooth kit and dongle, I would like to know if you could supply one to me and how much would it cost me, including post to the UK. Thanks for your help and keep up the great work. Cheers. Bob

Very nice! I would like to do this as well. Where did you get the D2B board? Can you share more details please? The Google Drive is gone.
