Hi all great to be on the Forum as have read lots of interesting articles and nice having contact with all you Jaguar lovers. Currently have a 2009 3.0 AWD X Type and love it. Probably the best Jaguar i have owned though was a 1964 MK 2 3.8, wish i had never sold it.

The WA thread here isn't particularly active, but if you haven't already done so, look up the local Jaguar club. They are quite active and do run social events from time to time in your part of the world.

I am new to the forum too, I spend most of my time here just researching my model, really great resource from around the world for me as a research base, unfortunately cant help but feel a little isolated from the rest of the world concerning Jag stuff, its a pretty hard ask in Australia, particularly W.A. the looks you get or silence on the other end of the phone when you talk to any performance orientated shop regarding such simple things as an Xpipe for an exhaust or 100 cell cats is simply one of bewilderment. Yeah if its not a Holden or Ford the silence is deafening
