Ceramic coating
I have a 2015 BRG F type and thinking about a DIY ceramic coating. Last treatment was a light polish and Zaino brothers show car polish which is more of a sealant. I am a fairly savvy diyer and have done a lot of research. I am too cheap to pay a professional and I enjoy the work. I am going to practice on my daughters car.
any thoughts, recommendations or words of wisdom/caution?

To me the original liquid Glass is/was/and will always be the best product to protect, shine, and leave a shiny smooth hard surface. unfortunately they are out of business. you can still find a few bottles floating around but you'll pay. what I normally paid of $26 can, can now be found on ebay upwards of $140,
theres another company that produces what claims to be similar started by one of the 2 partners after they broke up, but I havnt tried it yet.
neither are ceramic coatings but ive used the LG for last 30+ years and I've been able to show my friends doubts by literally putting out cigarettes on the hood of my car and just wiping away the ash.

I have used Avalon King for a couple years now and am pretty happy with it, for $138 you can get two bottles enough to give you 2-3 coats.https://avalonking.com/shop/ceramic-...ld-ix-diy-kit/
I just had my local body shop wash, clay, buff the car for a $200 and bought the Avalon King myself and applied it afterwards....
