XF 3.0d 211 ---> 240hp possible?
 

Greetings :)

I have a 2010 XF 3.0d that I purchased as the 211hp version. I was reading somewhere some time ago that this version was only created for conpany leasings and so forth and that physically absolutely everything regarding engine and transmission is identical to the 240hp version just software limited.
If this is indeed correct it should theoretically be possible to update the software, change the ecu, or whatever to increase power to 240hp.

does anybody know anything about this or if its possible at all?

I dont want to go the standard chip tuning route as others say these systems only overfuel the engine.

If there is an official way it would be best of course :D
