I live in Serbia and i have a problem where i cant use Traffic Sign Recognition in my country, so does anyone know if there is a solution in decoding car software and enabling that feature in my region, because it works in other EU countries

Interesting. Have you contacted Jaguar to see if they can help? Maybe a new software install.
I am in the US. Lucky that most signs are recognized. Though some construction ones dont get picket up. Mostly I dont mind if it works or not. It keeps a red border around the speed limit...somebody is going too fast...haha.

If traffic signs are placed according to some standards, like not to close or not to far from the road, in the correct angle etc.
In my country Armenia, I checked many times, it can easily read some signs and can not read some others.
