XKE Aft Throttle Shaft rubber Bushing Upgrade

Bearing for the AFT Throttle Shaft in late 60's XKEs can be upgraded quite easily.
The OEM Rubber Bushing in the Firewall Bracket can be upgraded from 5/16” ID Rubber “Grommet” Bushing (P/N C34388) in the firewall Bracket P/N C24816, to a needle bearing or a Flange Bronze Bushing. See Attachment Sketch and configurations.
