Rims Advise
I just bought a 1992 Jag and was wondering what sizes of rims can I fit on the car? Also do you know what the offset or bolt pattern need so I can find some rims to put on my Jag. Thanks

Here's some available choices, both 16" and direct fit on your XJ6
1994 Jaguar Kiwi wheels 1995-1997 Jaguardimple wheels. |

RE: Rims Advise
Hi Caddy,
I have a set of those 16" Lattice, I thought they were for a Le Mans edition XJS. They were factory XJ12 too? Canada or Europe? Never saw them in U.S. |
RE: Rims Advise
Really?
I've seen quite a few XJ40/V12s with the 16" lattice wheels here in the USA. In fact I thought they were standard issue for that car <shrug> Cheers DD |
RE: Rims Advise

RE: Rims Advise
20 inch will fit take a look at my xj6 here
http://www.garaget.org/?car=123236 did some mods though but the rims where wide and whith big tuires if you use 8,5x20 whith 225/30/20 you wont have a slitest issue Look at dp motorsports for wheels |
jaggachafen What wheels are those? They are so bad ass!!!!Give them to me!!!! lol Seriously could ya tell me what they are so i can copy you :)

I would advise you to go to reputable tire shop and they will be able to tell you how big you can go. The rule is simple the total diameter of the wheel and tire should stay about the same all you are changing is the tire to wheel ratio, meaning more wheel less tire. I would also tell you to watch the with of the new wheels as wider wheels can cause rubbing in the wheel wells and possibly the outer fender. I hope this helps, keep us posted

i suggest 20's to be safe your wheels should be no bigger than 20x9.5 but you can also use 8.5 just to be safe your tires should be 255/35/20 in the front and the rears 285/30/20
or you can do 235/35/20 all the way around. |
