F pace 2019 cluster on 2018?

Is there a way that the cluster of 2019 model (fully screen) can be fitted on 2018 model?

to be honest i am looking at f pace 2018 model since the prices are reasonable now but i really like the full screen cluster on the 2019

I know its a weird question but just want to know.
