Jaguar F-pace"click" noise front wheel aera
 

Hello All,

I know that we already spoke about it but unfortunately I cannot find the solution to this problem.
I recently bought a 380 hp petrol f pace.

I hear a "click click" noise at the front as soon as I turn the wheels. as soon as I take a bump. this is very annoying.

the dealer does not know where the problem comes from.

he has already changed the front left gimbal, and the front right gimbal. the noise is still there. nothing changes.

today he tells me that it is the "normal" noise of the car .... basically, they no longer want to search.

I've heard this noise in almost all F-Paces I have driven. Im pretty sure it has something to do with electric steering.

Neither my '17, nor my '20 F Pace made this noise. Since it happens even when you're not moving, it could be dry ball joint or tie rod end. If only while rolling, I'd say cv joint.

Has any other F pace owners on this forum and noticed that clicking noise?
That seems very odd and strange to me that it would be considered “normal”
