In RWD car, when your rear starts sliding in a turn you end up in overster situation.

But oversteer is slower, your not going straight when your oversteering.
Of course it only matters if your racing on a race track because you'd be an idiot to try it on the public road. |

The only thing I try to always tell myself is to respect the car. It is much more capable of what I can handle and I love learning how to manage it better with more time behind the wheel. Take your time to learn how to properly drive it. Get the feel of the longitudinal weight transfer on braking and acceleration as well as the lateral weight transfer on turns. You'll learn your limits gradually the more you drive it. No rush on that. Enjoy it. Drive it. And above all, respect it and enjoy that sweet sweet exhaust music.

you might have a case with carfax if the engine was in fact changed and not noted in the carfax report. granted, that report is NOT the bible by any means, it should actually be taken with a grain of salt, but....it might be a good opportunity to put up a fight and get rid of the car (if you want to)
if you plan on keeping the car, jaguar will not CPO it, however there are aftermarket options, Carchex is one |
